Whispering Hollow South is a suburban-like manufactured housing development. The Community is nestled peacefully into the rolling hills of Northampton, PA and the roads circle around a grassy recreation island which features a picnic area, dog run, playground and basketball court. Residents are permitted to have up to three pets. Two indoor cats and one dog per household. Dog Breed restrictions apply. Whispering Hollow South is a home-owner occupied community.
